What restroom setup does a wedding need?
A 150-guest, 5-hour wedding with a bar needs 5 standard-size units, or 2 deluxe flushable units plus 3 standard units, or one two-stall restroom trailer plus 1 deluxe unit. Add 1 hand-wash station whenever food is served and 1 wheelchair-accessible unit if any guest uses a wheelchair or walker.

Should you choose a trailer or deluxe porta potties?
Choose a restroom trailer when the venue has a garden hose, a 110-volt outlet and a level drive-up spot, and guests expect an indoor feel. Choose deluxe flushable porta potties for pastures, barns and backyards with no hookups. Both are cleaned and stocked before delivery.

When should you book wedding restrooms?
Book wedding restrooms 4 to 8 weeks ahead for spring and fall Saturdays in Central Texas, and 2 to 3 weeks ahead for other dates. Restroom trailers book first. Deluxe units are easier to add late, and standard units are often available the same week.

Will the restrooms be set before the ceremony?
Wedding units and trailers are set the day before. That leaves time to level, test and stock everything before the planner and vendors arrive.
Can someone restock during the reception?
We can add a mid-event restock for long receptions. Most planners also leave a box of extra paper and towels inside the trailer or by the deluxe units.
How far from the reception should restrooms go?
Place restrooms 50 to 100 feet from the dance floor and food, on a lit path. Trailers need a truck route; deluxe units can sit closer on firm grass.
Can I decorate the porta potties?
Light decor like flowers, signs and battery lanterns is welcome. Please do not use tape on the doors or block the vent stack. Remove decor before Monday pickup.
