Effective October 11, 2026. This policy explains what Carl Rental Works collects on templeportapotty.com and how it is used.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect the delivery ZIP, phone number, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, number of units and guest or crew size you enter. When you call, we may note your name, address and gate code to complete the order.

How the form is processed

The quote form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-handling service. Web3Forms receives the form data to email it to us. We do not sell or rent your information.

How we use it

We use your information only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, pick up and bill your rental, and to text or call you about that order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted after 12 months.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics, it will count page views and calls without identifying you.
